One of my favorite restaurants ever. Food is good, but the hot sauce is what makes it great. Make sure to put some on or it will be just another taco. Service is also great. I can come back only once a year and the long time cashier still knows my order.

I landed at El Taco Casa in Burlington today. As I hadn't heard of this place, my host said she loved it and Surprised me with her choice of lunch options. She ordered four big burritos with hot sauce and two sodas! Awesome Sauce!! I'm a fan!! The lady at the counter had been working there for 34 years! Thirty-four years! The customer behind me said she had been a customer for 20 years and remembered her. Cozy. Friendly
